It was addressed to Eleanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David read aloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEleanor, I have made mistakes that cannot be repaired by silence. Marisol and the child deserve the truth. David and Chloe deserve it too. Samuel has agreed to help me arrange a meeting. I will explain everything when I return from Queens.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maya leaned closer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below the signature, Thomas had added one final line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David read it twice before speaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
